Cancellation Policy

Timeline and Days:
•In case of order cancellation, the customer should revoke the order within 24 hours of placing it.
•The customer cannot cancel the service request once the order is in the “Processing Stage.”
• A cancellation fee of Rs.50 will be charged on prepaid orders that are revoked.
•In case of prepaid orders canceled within 24 hours, we request you to provide us 3-5 business days to credit back your amount in your bank account.
•NO cancellation charge on orders placed on COD(Cash on delivery) if revoked within 24 hours.
